exhaustion....
YUP... I'm totally exhausted...... been very busy lately these few weeks.....
After MIL discharged from hosp, almost 2weeks ago, we have yet to visit her at home....
She's recovering at home, thou' her stitches have yet to dry up.....
Hubby had his first drive on a Merc taxi.....Very enthusiastic i would say, haha.... and was looking forward to his fren call, last saturday, if he could drive again... unfortunately, his fren SIM card was spoilt.... So, what we did, we helped FIL at his satay stall till 0930pm.... When the crowd has lessen, hubby suggested a movie treat..... Me on the other hand, was thinking about the two pricessess at home, whether or not they are already asleep, so that my mum will not be too tired... As i walking towards our car, i received a phone call..... Both the gerls were not sleeping, and i initiate hubby to bring the kids along.... And what did we watch....
AYAT-AYAT CINTA....... a GREAT SHOW i would say.... i am so in love with the movie, that what i'm gonna do next is to find the novel... Serious...... the fluency in speaking Arab, the affection shown towards the love ones, the sacrification which i doubt NOT all woman could do....Oh my God, the show is still screening in my eyes.......
On Sunday, after sending Didi to her madrasah class, I headed down to MOE to leave the presents and tidbits in the office, for AGM the next day.... I had so many things to bring.... apart from a basket of cookies which I had ordered from Idahlovingal.... (and my colleagues all enjoyed the cookies)....After that, at around 2pm, we attended a cousin's engagement ceremony, before collecting the cookies from Idah at 9pm.....
Manchester United was the next viewing for the night...hehehe..... I was half asleep by then, and was totally tired.....
AGM08 was a great achievements of the four of us, Doreen(Chairperson), Bashid (Vice-Chairman), Dominic (Treasurer) and yours truly ( Secretary) - the livewire of the group, thats what Doreen think of me, haha.....
I was surprised that I could took over Bashid's role of getting the Pass-The-Parcel game to run smoothly and confidently, and managed to get the attention of DOD, to join in the game... Bashid was a lil nervous, and expect me to help him out... My initial role was to play the music...... all in all, food was great, crowd response well to games.... and most importantly, POSITIVE FEEDBACK from our colleagues.... Hurray!!!
Hubby drove his Merc again yesterday and probably it'll stretch till end of this week.... he will begin his drive after his work at 5pm... and he picked me up 2hours ago at work....
I havent had the time to update nor leave comments on my buddy's contacts' page..... sorry guyz, work is piling up, due to the preparation of the AGM, and there are more waiting to be cleared.....
Havent had the time to even go for my massage and facial, and my body really need a good one one of these days......
Counting down to my 8th anniversary, 14 days more to go.... bonding between hubby and I had improved so much, unlike the early years of our marriage... the affection shown to each other and communication. there was so much difference.... thou' we hardly say "I love You" as frequent as before, I guess we both know, we do love and treasure each other very much...... Hubby was the one who frequent send me a SMS with love.... not me, hehe.... but i'll feel the "lost" each time he has to work overnite.... well.....
