2008 is approaching

Hohoho.... happy belated Christmas and Happy New Year.... hasnt been blogging for a week ?? couldnt have a proper screen layout from my office network... hence here i am blogging from home....

My appeal for HRM was unsuccessful, thou' i'm kindda disappointed, i'm still satisfied that i was informed of the mistakes i had done wrong. I will therefore resume my module in May08.

Hubby applied for taxi licence. And soon will be going for the course whilst he's still on long medical leave.

During the eve of hari raya haji, i received a call from my sista-in-law of the sudden death of one of our aunt. Spent the hari raya haji at the funeral of the almarhuma.

Brought the lil princessez to watch Alvin and the Chipmunks and to Timezone for a day of games and fun at Causeway Point. Hubby bought me pants too at G2000.

To Bugis one of the days too, to buy Didi's Billabong school bag. She had also got her school shoes and now, pending for the English and Malay books for availability.

Did a trial of apam and it turned out well. Brought a box of it to one of my cuzzin's baby shower's ceremony.

Spent one third of the day at East Coast Beach on Christmas Day as the weather doesnt permit us to stay longer. Continued our game of monopoly from the beach to my sister's home. Aniqah had her hair trimmed finally.

Did my 2nd body massage plus scrub and steam bath at aura royalis yesterday. Decided to sign up with their 10 session of body massage which gives me a free milk bath as well as facial.

Currently on two days child mc, as aniqah wasnt feeling well. "Busy" with hubby and nadyrah in completing our 1000 disney princezz jigsaw puzzle....

rainy days

its been raining heavily these few days.... morning, day and nite.... hmm....
Went to Segamat last saturday, for a close family day out... my uncle treated us to dinner... as usual, i'm still having a low confidence in driving out of singapore, so hubby drove the car... (luckily, his knee brace had been switched to 45degrees to enable him to bend his leg)
we left at 5pm and reached Segamat for our dinner at 8pm.... hanged out at the last toll before the 2nd link for a drink and durians... and off to home at 11.40pm...

Been going home straight from work lately, as class has officially ended (for now).... spending times with kiddos and hubby (he is still on mc)....

still waiting anxiously for my appeal result, expected to be out today.

Got myself a COACH flap bag from Trina...... a year end gift for myself.....

going for my free shoulder and neck massage plus facial this saturday wz aura royalis.....

looking forward to the holidays..... and Didi's 1st day of school

and now... time for work....

Finally

Exams are over..... FOR NOW.... haha.... hasnt been doing well for these papers... I'm expecting a failure of achievement at the end of the day.... Yup, and i am not hypocriting (is there such a word, wateva!) While some of my classmates celebrating their graduations in Apr08 (i think), i'll probably have to delay my part with a remodule classes. One is confirm, while the other is pending with appeal. Cant blame anyone nor situation, i can only blame myself for lack of discipline and preparation.

I was saddened more to hear that someone close actually find my company in studying a "demoralised companion". To add to the disappointment, i was labelled as someone whom told the other member not to study a particular topics, but prob did it secretly on my own. It was a total shock. And there are more to the confession. From doing school projects to other areas of friendship. Gosh! All this while i thought there are sincerity in the relationship but it was otherwise.

I would like to make a confession. I am someone who is generous in sharing pointers, my own revision notes (whom, some of my study mates make copies from), and coaching those areas that i am familiar with. To name it as one who is "stingy" or "protective over one's capability" is unfair. I guess my old class/school mates could back me up in this - Droolz??

Sorry, after hibernating for so long, i had to come up with such a sensitive issue in my blog.

Anyway, what goes around comes around.

Will have to do some baking these few days for a colleague who is sending out my cookies to her fren in Japan

Bad Weeks

It has been a challenging weeks for me..... going through exams with a heavy loads on my head, certified, MIGRAINE.... hasnt had proper and enough preparation was another heartache.... SIGH!!

Hubby is recovering from his operation, though, there is still a need to depend on crutches. Didi's granduation concert went well.... and i am so proud to see her in her graduation robe, and hope to see her wearing it again in future. Her P1 stuff is almost complete, just left with a school bag and a shoe to end the whole process. Niece NJ, will be tutoring her soon, to prepare her mentally for her PI. One last paper to clear, business policy, which is this Wednesday - my one and only hope for this term's exam.

Gotto go now, my migraine needs a consultation with the doc. Will update again soon.
