hoping for a brand new life......

its been almost 2weeks since i last update my blog...... didnt have the time to type in anything....
back to the past..... i received a call two weeks back on tuesday from PA to come down to HQ for an interview on Friday....was all excited about it, and asked Chinta a lot on tips... My appointment is at 3.30pm and it was raining heavily when Chinta and i walked up to HQ.... First interview, is a role play, where i had to act as the Support Officer and to help the query of a customer, it was touch, cos' i have got no background of customer service. Next an interview with a panel of 3 directors and 2 HRs. I was given 3 scenarios to solve..... First, a customer wanted to book a court through online but the system kept giving a error, what should you do and you are the only person on duty. Secondly, a double booking was made on a badminton court, both teams turned up at the same time, how do you react? Thirdly, it is a peak period, a colleague came to you and request for you to cover her duty for 2weeks, will you accept? After i had given my answer, a HR staff asked, when can i start work? and u should be able to receive your AWS right? I was nervous of course, but the interviewer doesnt really stressed me out....
After the interview, Chinta and I walked down to Suntec McD for our accounts revision... On our way there, i had to look out for a slipper as my feet are all blistered, (maklumlah, gi interview pakai heels, and jalan nak gi HQ pun bleh tahan jauh)....
On Sunday, after our kickboxing exercise, Chinta and i continued our revision on accounting at her office conference room. Life goes on, until accounts exam. I do not noe how i had fare in it. If luck is on my side, i should be able to pass, maybe with a D.... hehe! After my exam, i brought the kids our for a ball game at CCK park.
Last week, on Thursday, Chinta gave me a great news.... (it would definitely a good news, if it's really me) She said, i would probably be accepted to her company... She heard feedback about someone going in to Bukit Batok CC, but i am still not convince until we can be sured that, that person is me...
Ooops, my time is up, meeting up with Chinta in half an hour's time for econs revision, will continue prob when i am back...
