Long Holiday is Over....
The long awaited holiday is finally over.... Ya... At one moment you are looking forward to it, and at another moment, its over.... That's how times flies....
Eve of CNY, we spent the night at Changi.... On first day of CNY, sent Mum to brother's place, and spent a few hours there, hanging out and boiled some ketupat for FIL's satay stall.... After kiddos had their early dinner and shower, we proceed straight to FIL's stall and helped him up till about 11pm.... which all of his satay had sold out.... and we sent them home afterwards....
2nd day of CNY, Friday, hubby made a few calls to satay suppliers to purchase some satays for FIL.... finally we got one supplier at Jalan Masjid.... Picked FIL and MIL up at home, and proceed to get our 1300 sticks.... Send them at the stall, and brought the kids to West Coast for a short getaway.... MIL packed some rice for the kids, and we had our lunch there while the kids played with their tricycle and skate skooter..... Went home after that, cleaned the kids up and went to FIL stall.... kids had fun there, as FIL, bought them ice cream and played with them... Sales was pretty good... we had continuous orders till i almost give up on whose satay belongs to who.... We packed up almost 12, and this time FIL and MIL, spent the night at our home.... Heat up the dishes for them and we took our rest after they had their late dinner....
Morning breakfast was fried rice, and after breakfast, FIL and hubby re-adjust the earlier supplier satay's gravy.... At around 4pm, sent them to their stall, while we went to Paris Park to meet up with my cuzzie and auntie. We simply hang out there for about 2hrs... and at about 8.30pm we picked Mum up... Hubby and I continued our 'service' at the stall till 12.30am... Each time we wanted to take our leave, more orders coming up... hehe.....
The long weekend was tied up with activities, espescially in the satay stall.... Hubby will soon end his mc.. MIL will probably be admitted this Wednesday.... and tomorrow, daily routine will resume....
